It acts as a general contractor providing complete construction services on an exclusive basis for its projects, coordinating sub trades, establishing budgets, and insuring on time, on budget high quality construction. It provides complete development services including site planning, national and international chain tenants.

Rencor Construction Services Ltd. was formed in 1997 by Rencor and Paul Best, a seasoned construction executive, to provide construction services predominantly to Rencor projects. Rencor Construction Services has both construction expertise and development experience. It has since completed all Rencor developments on an on-time on-budget program.

One of the hallmarks of Rencor Construction Services is its ability to source the best sub-trades at best pricing and value engineering of each project. By doing so, Rencor Construction has maximum control and flexibility, and an assurance of the most cost-effective approach, while maintaining unparalleled relationships with its sub-trades. Rencor Construction Services provides extensive budgeting, site supervision and tenant coordination to all Rencor Developments projects.



Experienced & Proven Leadership

Ron Renaud, President & CEO

With over 45 years of experience in the Shopping Centre industry, Ron has developed over 8 million square feet of retail projects in Canada including; Westhills Town Centre in Calgary, Crowfoot Crossing, The Boulevard Shopping Centre, Sunridge Spectrum and Royal Oak Centre in Calgary, Preston Crossing in Saskatoon, Red Deer Mall in Red Deer Alberta and redevelopment of Kingsway Garden Mall in Edmonton. His Experience spanning over four decades includes lease transactions with many national retailers including Costco, Canada Safeway, Westfair Real Canadian Superstore, Hudson Bay Company, Wal-Mart, Shopper's Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, Chapters, and a host of others.

Eve Renaud, Vice President

Eve has over 20 years experience in the shopping centre industry, working for major landlords such as Ivanhoe Cambridge, Cadillac Fairview and 20 Vic Management Inc.

She had been involved in many major development projects such as Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby, B.C., Chinook Centre in Calgary, AB and the CORE Shopping Centre in Calgary, AB.

Eve has worked directly with local and international retailers including Nordstrom on their entry to Canada. She is a past president of the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Calgary Chapter, an internationally based organization promoting women in commercial real estate
